1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of physical products (books, printed notes) and access to digital services (online courses, test series) purchased from GEO IAS Academy through our website www.geoias.in.
2. Digital Products & Services
For online courses, video lectures, and digital test series:
- Delivery Method: Access is provided digitally through our web portal or mobile application.
- Timeline: Access is typically granted immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email/SMS with login credentials or activation details upon successful purchase.
3. Physical Products (Books & Printed Notes)
For physical study materials ordered through our platform:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Partners: We use reputed domestic courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) or India Post (Speed Post) for deliveries.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Other Parts of India: 7-10 business days.
- Remote Areas: 10-14 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery location. These charges will be displayed clearly during the checkout process before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your physical order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided to you via email or SMS. You can use this ID on the respective courier partner's website to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. GEO IAS Academy will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.
Note: Redelivery attempts are subject to courier partner policies. Any additional charges for redelivery due to initial failure (incorrect address/unavailability) will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and report the issue to our customer service immediately. In case of lost shipments (confirmed by the courier partner), we will initiate a replacement at no extra cost to you.
7. International Shipping
Currently, GEO IAS Academy only ships physical products within India. For international students, only digital access to courses and resources is available.
